“We’re considered a restaurant, so we follow those guidelines,” said the former Viking volleyball and basketball athlete. Initially, Embrace Nutrition will have to adhere to the current social-distancing guidelines and will offer curbside pick-ups and takeout services. “The program really has two sides on site we’ll try to create a coffee shop environment where we’ll offer healthy smoothies and teas, while our at-home clients can use our products and receive wellness coaching to help them with their weight management goals – loss and gain,” she said.
