So I’m guessing they just wanted us to listen those for the next two or three days until they could figure out how to fix them for us. However when I mentioned to management that’s what I was going to do they let me know that I should not take those out. When we returned that evening with two tired preteen kids and the chirping alarm still ringing we decided to disconnect a few of them so we could have some peace and quiet.
We had plans to go out that evening and they told me they would start a repair ticket and somebody would get a hold of me.Īfter a couple hours and no response we decided we had to leave and continue on with our vacation. Nobody would help us out at all, so after multiple phone calls and text exchanges nothing was done whatsoever. It was a Sunday evening after our flight so I called management after trying to change a couple batteries on my own. When we arrived we had to smoke detectors chirping around the house. However I have a huge problem with management and one that should not be overlooked. If you’re looking for a Disney vacation you can’t really beat this place.Īnd I will also really commend the cleaning crew, the place was spotless! This house was absolutely beautiful, Its in a great location close to Disney & easy access to everything in a quiet neighborhood.
